This is a ‘blended’ team consisting of former Hampshire Thames Valley and Kent Surrey Sussex clinical delivery and network team members, South East assurance team members and new employees. The team is located within the Strategy and Transformation Directorate of NHS England and Improvement.

This team consists of former Hampshire Thames Valley and Kent Surrey Sussex clinical delivery and network team members. This team is located within the Strategy and Transformation Directorate of NHS England and Improvement.

South East Maternity and Neonatal Team

Palliative and End of Life Care

This is a new team commissioned by NHS England and Improvement in 2020 to function as a ‘Strategic Clinical Network’ across the South East of England. This team is located within the NHSEI Nursing Directorate.

There were managed clinical networks in Wessex and Thames Valley and Kent Surrey Sussex (the latter run by the AHSN) until 2017-2018 when funding ceased, and legacy documents are available on this site.
