Quality Improvement Support Manager
What relevant experience do you have to perform your current role?
Prior to joining NHS England, I worked at the Royal College of Psychiatrists’(RCPSYCH) Centre for Quality Improvement, as a Deputy Programme Manager, manging the delivery of The Quality Networks for Older Adult Mental Health Services and Mental Health Rehabilitation Services. Within my role I worked with NHS and Independent providers to assess and improve the quality of care they provided. I’ve also helped to develop three sets of quality standards in line with national and NICE guidelines on older adult and mental health rehabilitation services for RCPSYCH.
What excites you about working at South East Clinical Delivery and Networks?
The opportunity to support, influence and drive forward high quality care for patients and their family and friends.
What difference are you making to improve the care and health outcomes of patients or members of the public?
We are working closely with our SE ICS’, national team and number of other stakeholders to ensure that every individual, irrespective of background, age, condition or diagnoses has access to high quality palliative and end of life care, and their friends and families have access to appropriate bereavement support.
