About the Forum

Our PEoLC Clinical Forum brings together multi-disciplinary professionals, from frontline staff to clinical leaders working in palliative and end of life care in the South East Integrated Systems (ICS). This unique collaborative interface has a clinically led agenda with sole focus of improving patient care outcomes, inter-professional support, regardless of roles or settings, by speedily sharing best practice and difficult but common challenges.

The forum invites individuals to engage in rich discussions, identify areas of focus, build a shared learning agenda, disseminate best practice, and develop opportunities to collaborate.

Aims of the forum:

  • Provide opportunities for individuals to share learning, experience and develop new knowledge and resources
  • Troubleshot together to find solutions to common problems
  • Enable peers to connect across organisational and professional boundaries
