This paper reports on the results of an audit of the four Electronic Palliative Care Co-ordination Systems (EPaCCS) used across the Thames Valley region in 2017-18. The audit was based on one undertaken by the South West End of Life Regional Network, and adapted for the Thames Valley region.

Originally published in 2017-18, the findings in this document are still relevant and so it has been re-badged for South East Clinical Delivery and Networks.
