
The Mental Health team in the South East Region work across the six Integrated Care Systems to support delivery of the NHS Long Term Plan priority clinical programmes of Mental Health & Dementia, Maternity, Children & Young People, Diabetes and Cardiovascular-Respiratory disease.
As Senior Clinical Delivery Manager for our Mental Health team, you will lead the delivery of programme specific improvement and operational support to all systems to ensure delivery of nationally and locally driven mental health transformation programmes across all age mental health services. They will hold effective working relationships with other directorates within NHS England & Improvement to ensure matrix working. The post holder will also need to develop robust and sustainable working relationships with multiple external stakeholders across the Region and ICSs including commissioners, health and social care providers, public health, voluntary sector, Health Education England, Academic Health Science Networks, patients, carers and the public.
You will be experienced in delivering transformational change across whole system pathways, have an excellent understanding of Mental Health and the operational requirements to deliver these. You will be highly skilled in developing others and keen to build and grow.
The base of this role will be the closest office to your home address, and is open to all applicants, regardless of location.

- Jubilee House, Oxford (site closing end of 2022)
