This maternity resource pack has been divided into three sections:

Reports – providing links to key documents focusing on improving safety in maternity care

Vaccines – providing links to key information about vaccination against COVID-19 for pregnant and breastfeeding women and birthing people

Projects – a summary of key projects and initiatives across the south east region to improve safety in maternity care.

We hope that you will consider adding to this resource by sharing your own safety initiatives and, in so doing, help to build a culture that prioritises safety within maternity services and makes the safety of mums and babies our top priority.
