This tool has been developed by NHS South East Clinical Delivery and Networks to represent the collaborative whole system approach to perinatal mental health. It is a PowerPoint template that’s editable, designed for individual services and organisations to customise as necessary, with scope to add a logo and to change text in the boxes along the foot of the document. There are three alternative templates to choose from.
